Old family photo's...

I love these photos.
Photo 1 - Playing dressups with my big sisters. (Yes, I'm the cutie in the middle... if only I could have stayed cute)
Photo 2 - My family tree. Love the matching spotty dresses. My Grandad loved to do photography as a hobby and loved taking photos of his grand daughters.
Photo 3 - My Mum's passport photo
Photo 4 - My Mum when she was little with her dog. (so cute) I love this one...

My new bag...

How amazing is this bag... Lolly made it for me yesterday. For home ec, she was going to sew me an apron like the one she made for Nana for Christmas but she didn't have enough fabric, so she made me a bag instead. She had no pattern and made up the bag all by herself. It's fully lined and has 2 pockets inside for my phone and wallet. I am so proud of her. I love the bag and I will keep it forever...

Seaworld...

Had a lovely time at Seaworld yesterday with my beautiful family. It's so nice to have a yearly pass and go whenever we feel like it. Everytime we go we see another show we haven't seen yet. Yesterday we saw the Sesame Street Show and the Seal show for the first time. Although it was a public holiday it wasn't too busy at all. :)

Turn your eyes upon Jesus...

"Turn your eyes upon Jesus and look full into His face; and the things of earth will go strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace" (from Hymn by Helen H. Lemmel, 1922). I love this song.

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Ephesians 6:10-12 (NIV)
Our struggles are not with flesh and blood, but with the spiritual thief who wants to steal our joy.

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;
and all these things (that you are thinking, worrying and praying about) shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33

These are a few of my favourite things...

I love Cath Kidston's Fabrics.... They are really inspiring. I love fresh milky white walls and pale blue and red accessories at the moment. They are the colours I picked for our homeschool room this year. I will take some photos our office and post them soon but for now I better get dinner ready for my family...
