2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup melted butter
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups blueberries, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup sugar (for topping)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (for topping)
Method:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl mix together the melted butter and the milk.
Add to the dry mixture.
Add the eggs and stir until combined.
Pour this into a greased 9 X 13 cake pan.
Sprinkle the blueberries over the top of the batter.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the berries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Laura has been making this yummy blueberry cake for me. We were running out of blueberries so the in cake below, Laura added apple as well. Served with a large dollop of whipped cream... Yummy.
